Yes, sometimes.  We are "Small Business" friendly and can give you the advice you need on how to go about doing so.  However, working with City Hall can be a very time consuming experience and small/new business owners can become easily overwhelmed as there are many building and zoning agencies and codes which contradict themselves and make development difficult.
