New Corner:

We had run into some “HPOZ” (Historical Preservation Overlay Zone) snags, but with some fancy FE Design permit footwork we able to continue construction while waiting for final clearance. The deadline (for the most part) was met.

Old Side:

This is what we were working with.

New Side:

This is the side where you can see the expansion to add a new walk in cooler and bathroom area for the kitchen. We also added a nightmarish trash enclosure and new parking layout.

Old other side:

A Graffiti artists dream.

New Other Side:
