Cardio Barre final:

Helping the owners of Cardio Barre was an uphill battle from beginning. We were assigned a reserve police officer plan check engineer at the city!  He did not make life easy. You couldn't even get to him because he had a 2 week long appointment wait list! As usual, time was working against us, as our clients were paying a considerable amount of money every month for rent. Plan Checkers are notorious for not taking any of our time constraints into consideration...
